Shorts

Fabric: Vintage jacquard woven
Season: S/S '11
Finished: 30th December 2010
Photographer: Oluwafifesubomi Ogunnuga
Comments: I may have seen some corsets for men in other collections and fallen head first in love with the obscurity of it, so I decided to design and create my own. These follow the very baggy prediction of the season, and the highwaisted nature of the trousers. I belt up the top and the gathers look really good, all I need now is an elasticated belt for ease. But in all seriousness I do like these, and they are very comfortable.

Jumpsuit

Fabric: Vintage
Season: S/S '11
Finished: December 29th 2010
Photographer: Oluwafifesubomi Ogunnuga
Comments: Okay, this is so comfortable, this goes for the highwaisted trousers and the baggy look at the same time, the top half is very baggy, designed to be an oversized shirt, the collar is the first time I attempted shirt collars and it went surprisingly well, I think. The arm/leg holes are elasticated, and elastic is very hard to work with with a lot of excess fabric so the ends fit my wrists, so they were difficult. But the pockets are super big which I just know will come in handy.

Trousers

Fabric: MacCulloch & Wallis .
Season: Multifunctioning for A/W '10/'11 and S/S '11.
Photographer: Oluwafifesubomi Ogunnuga
Comments: These are amazing, I wear these so often, sooo comfortable being italian wool, such good as hareem-appearing trousers when worn with boots and socks just gathered above them, and when S/S comes they will be great for high-waisted predictions and florals for men predictions.

Many Past Designs

Fabric: Scraps from a bootfair.
Pattern: Edited from Cath Kidston's book.

 Fabric: Ikea.
Comments: This fabric came with the print already printed on so I decided to sew it up and make it into a huge cushion, it took 4 cushion from John Lewis to fill it up inside and even now it is limp. But it is mighty comfortable.
Fabric: Felt (Lightweight).
Comments: I used my sewing machine to embroider the strips and the number 2 on with different sewing lines, and this is the first time I used a hidden zip.
Fabric: Felt ( Lightweight).
Comments: This is based on a Cushlab cushion which I fell in love with and couldn't afford, I enjoyed making this even though it was time consuming.

Fabric: Felt (Lightweight).
Comments: The RCT came from a friends three middle names, and I liked the combination and the number 2 seemed to be a continuing theme so I used that for a bit of colour.

Fabric: Felt (Lightweight).
Comments: By now I think you can see I went through a felt obsessed phase, and thats because it doesn't fray, which is a godsend, because its a non-woven textile. I used the number 7 in this one because its my favourite number.

Fabric: Various Colours of Cottons.
Comments: Absolutely love this cushion, cant fault it, except its overstuffed, which is not the cushions fault cause I could not find innards that exact size.

Marilyn Monroe Cushion

Fabric: White cotton dyed sky blue
Features: Button fastening, iron-on print of Andy Warhol's    "Marilyn Monroe"
Comments: I think this would've been better if I had a larger paper and a printer that would handle that cause of the lines where it shrank, although, for my own use I think it looks good enough.
